🏛️ BULLETIN #04925 May 2026

From a Chief Justice's Remark to a National Movement: CJP's Origins

THE CONSTITUTIONAL FIVE

Five Demands.

"Non-negotiable. Written so plainly that no one can pretend they misunderstood."

DEMAND 01

Judicial Impartiality

Ban Rajya Sabha seats & political rewards for retiring Supreme Court judges.

To preserve absolute judicial independence, judges must not be incentivized with political nominations or executive appointments post-retirement.

DEMAND 02

CEC Accountability

Hold the Chief Election Commissioner accountable under UAPA for deleted votes.

If lakhs of valid citizens are mysteriously wiped from voter rolls without warning or audit trail, the electoral heads must face strict penal accountability.

DEMAND 03

Immediate 55% Women's Reservation

55% legislative reservation for women across assemblies without artificial delays.

Implement immediate 55% representation directly on the existing assembly structure, rejecting lengthy delimitation exercises or seat expansion excuses.

DEMAND 04

Time-Bound Vote Grievance

Legally mandate a 48-hour Election Commission resolution timeline.

Any complaint regarding names deleted from voter rolls must be investigated, resolved, and restored within a strict, non-negotiable 48-hour window.

DEMAND 05

Mandatory Constitutional Literacy

Integrate non-partisan political and legal education in high schools.

Empower the next generation with deep constitutional knowledge, legal rights, and democratic processes directly in secondary school curricula.
