Refund & Cancellation Policy

The CJP Premium Supporter Pack is a downloadable digital product generated instantly upon successful checkout.Because digital items cannot be returned or revoked once generated, all payments are non-refundable by default.

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional technical circumstances:

• Duplicate Payments: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a connection drop or checkout error.
• Failed Card Generation with Successful Debit: If your bank account was debited but our site failed to generate your digital card and CJP ID due to database or server timeouts.
• Incorrect Technical Surcharges: If a technical issue on the gateway charged an amount exceeding the voluntary contribution of ₹249.

Any eligible refund request must be made within **7 days** from the transaction date. Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.

To request a refund, please send an email to contact@cockroachjantaparty.org with:

• Your Full Name
• Google Auth Email Address
• Transaction ID / Order ID (sent by Cashfree/Razorpay)
• Screenshot of the payment receipt/debit notification

Raizian reserves the right to verify all refund claims with our payment gateway partner. Verified refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (UPI/Card/Bank Account) within **5-7 business days** of approval.
