Delivery Policy

All supporter cards and security clearance credentials offered on this platform are **strictly digital assets**. CJP does not ship physical cards, hardcopy certificates, or badges. No shipping address is collected, and no physical courier services are employed.

Under normal operating conditions, your digital supporter ID card is generated **instantly** (within seconds) immediately after you successfully submit the signup form or complete the voluntary checkout contribution process. The card is rendered directly on-screen and is immediately available for download.

In rare circumstances — such as payment verification delays from your bank, network congestion, or database synchronization lag — card generation may take longer. In all such cases, your card will be generated and delivered to your registered profile within **24 hours**.

If your bank account was debited but you have not received your digital card on-screen or via your registered email within 2 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our developer support team at contact@cockroachjantaparty.org. We will manually verify your transaction log and resolve the synchronization issue promptly.
