Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of instant digital products, transactions made on this platform (including the ₹249 voluntary contribution for the Premium Supporter Pack) **cannot be cancelled, revoked, or rolled back** once the card has been successfully generated and rendered on screen.

If you initiate a payment but close the window before card generation completes, or if a database timeout occurs, you can cancel your request. If your card was not successfully created but your bank was debited, we will cancel the pending order in our system and issue a full reversal of the debited amount to your original source of payment.

As CJP is a completely voluntary movement, you have the right to withdraw your support at any time. You can deactivate your card or request deletion of your profile details from our Firestore database by sending an email to contact@cockroachjantaparty.org. Please note that deactivating your card does not entitle you to a refund of any past voluntary contributions.

If you suspect unauthorized charge activity on your payment source, please notify your bank immediately. You can also write to us at contact@cockroachjantaparty.org, and our development team will assist you with the transaction logs to resolve the dispute.
