By accessing this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parent/guardian consent) and have the full legal capacity to enter into these terms. The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) is a civic advocacy and peaceful youth pressure coalition in India.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes related to civic advocacy and membership card generation. You are prohibited from:

• Uploading graphic, hateful, copyright-infringing, or impersonating profile photos.
• Attempting to bypass security protocols, inject malicious scripts, or run raw database read queries.
• Using generated CJP ID cards for illegal activities, government misrepresentation, or administrative harassment.

Supporting the CJP movement is completely free and voluntary. Upon registration, you are issued a **digital supporter card**.Important Delivery Note:All CJP ID cards are digital-only products delivered directly in high-res downloadable formats in the browser. Raizian does not ship physical cards, lanyard badges, or booklets. Generating a card does not establish any employment contract, official government standing, or legal representation rights on behalf of CJP.

Raizian offers a Premium Supporter Pack experience for a voluntary contribution of ₹249. This payment is to support the hosting, development, maintenance, and API costs of running the CJP fan hub. It is not an investment, crowdfunding donation for financial return, or a tax-exempt charitable donation under Section 80G.

All content, logos, graphics, and card designs on this website are the intellectual property of Raizian. You may download and share your own generated ID card on social media, but you may not sell, modify, or commercially distribute CJP badges, logos, or assets without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raizian and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your usage of this site, the digital volunteer card, or your participation in our peaceful civic advocacy campaigns.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or website usage will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
